Research the market Before starting your practice, it is important to study the local market to assess the competition, identify potential opportunities, risks and market needs.

Developing a business plan It's your expertise, so it's up to you! A well thought-out business plan will help you define and clarify your objectives, vision, mission, target audience, strategies and action plan, as well as forecast your expenses and set short, medium and long-term financial goals.

As the CFO of a group of companies, Susana Neves wanted something more for her professional life.
