What is included in our plans?
The exact detail depends on the plan. The table below is generated from our approved price grid.
Every plan comes with a dedicated accountant, an engagement letter (lettre de mission) that describes precisely the work entrusted to us, and a calendar of your deadlines.
Why do prices vary from one business to another?
Accountant fees are freely set in France. They mainly depend on four factors:
- Your legal form: a company needs annual accounts, a tax return package (liasse fiscale) and approval formalities.
- Your volume of documents: the number of invoices and bank transactions per month.
- Your employees: every payslip and every social declaration is work.
- Your VAT (TVA) regime: monthly, quarterly or annual returns.
That is why we show "from" prices, then a precise range through the estimator.
Are your prices excl. VAT or incl. VAT?
All our prices are shown excluding tax. VAT (TVA) is added at the current rate. If your business recovers VAT, the real cost is the price excl. VAT.
Can I change plan during the year?
Yes. If your activity changes (a hire, incorporation, higher volume), your accountant adjusts the plan and the engagement letter.
Are accountant fees tax deductible?
Yes, they are business expenses, deductible from taxable profit under the standard (réel) regime. For a micro-entreprise, they are covered by the flat-rate allowance.
Why not show a single price?
Because a micro-entrepreneur with no employees and an SAS with five employees do not have the same needs. The "from" price gives an idea, and the estimator refines it for your situation.
